What kind of materials do you use?
We predominantly use sterling silver metal & we always use natural gemstones.
Where do you get your silver?
A good portion of our sterling silver is sourced from RioGrande.com. However, we’ve recently invested in the tools that allow us to recycle our scrap silver. We are now able to melt, pour, roll out & re-use our scrap metal right in our studio. It’s an economical dream!
Where do you get your stones?
Some stones we source online. There are mines new & old all over the world & we do our best to stay on the forefront of discovering high quality gems at affordable prices. We also visit local & national gem shows, so we can create & establish relationships with trustworthy stones vendors & lapidarists. Do you offer custom jewelry orders?
We do offer custom jewelry orders, but because we are a small business with only one jeweler, we periodically need to take breaks to keep up with demand. Please check our social media platforms to see if WE ARE or ARE NOT accepting custom orders. If you still have questions, please contact us via email.
Do you accepts returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this small business, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Item must be returned within ONE WEEK of purchase. Item must be UNWORN & in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item arrives damaged from shipment, please reach out ASAP so we can make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom orders?
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Before a custom order is created, a contract is given with clearly stated rules and regulations. Those rules must be respected. If you have any further questions, please email me at email@example.com
Do you offer discounts on bulk custom orders?
Yes, on orders of 6 items or more, we do offer bulk discounts. Please contact us via email to discuss your wishes.
Do you do Pop-Up Shops or other events?

Where did you learn to make jewelry?
Does sterling silver tarnish?
Yes, sterling silver does tarnish but it’s nothing that a polishing cloth won’t fix! You can purchase one from our Etsy shop for a low price. Click here to shop it now.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

Do you do repairs?
Yes I can absolutely repair items sold from BB Designs only. Just email me and I will send you a repair form. Just be aware some fees may apply.
Will my order look EXACTLY as pictured?
Most of our jewelry is made to order and because of that, there may be minor differences with your item in comparison to the examples shown online. This is because each piece is individually handcrafted, therefore each is unique! This is completely natural, not a fault of design.
Do you have a custom Hashtag that I can use when posting a photo of my BB Jewelry?
