SOFT OPENING PARTY + A POP-UP SHOP

Seven years ago, Springbrook Distillery was started in our old horse barn by my father, my brother-in & their friends. It all began with an idea, a formula & a hand forged copper still. Now, they have 11 different products with award winning flavors! The business is thriving & they out grew their production space, so it was time to expand. They’ve been working hard all year to craft a new building that will give them more space to operate & entertain guests with their delicious cocktail menu!

Friday, January 19th is the soft reopening & big reveal! Join us for an evening of fun with the finest Adirondack spirits, beautiful handmade jewelry & inspired paintings.
