RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our small business, we do not accept returns or cancellations but we do accept exchanges for store credit. Credit can not be used towards a custom order.

  • Must contact me within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Be sure to ship item back safely by placing it in a box & using a bubble mailing envelope.

The following items can't be exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to void the exchange on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

REPAIRS

At this time, we only offer repairs on Buffalo Bannon jewelry.

We want your jewelry to last & are happy to repair it when need be. Email us & we’ll talk about how to proceed with a solution.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in relation to return/repair.

  • Jewelry must be mailed back safely. We recommend placing the jewelry in a small box & using a bubble lined mailing envelope. You can purchase both of these items are your local dollar store.

  • Depending on the nature of the repair, additional fees may apply. After we receive the jewelry & assess the damage, we’ll call/email you with the outcome.

  • Average repair cost range is $15 - $45
