This ring is part of the Sacred Heart Series, inspired by the ornate iron gates, fences, & doorways found throughout Tucson.
While living in the desert, I was drawn to the repeating curves & symmetry woven into the historic ironwork. Many of these designs resemble the shape of the sacred heart — a symbol long associated with devotion, resilience, & deep love.
This piece carries that inspiration.
At the center of the design rests a deep red garnet, set inside a handcrafted sterling silver Sacred Heart motif. The flowing silver curves echo the ironwork that inspired the series, creating a piece that feels both delicate & enduring.
This collection also holds a personal connection. Sacred Art was the name of my neighborhood tattoo shop in Tucson — a place that became a hub for creativity, friendship, & community during that chapter of my life.
